With effect within 10 June 2015Transformers Samsung Note 3 case & Révisers (India) announced that Chintan Trivedi brings resigned as the Company Secretary of those Company w. e. f. ett par June 2015 close of firm hours. Consequently he has ceased like a designated Compliance Officer and Big Managerial Personnel with effect within 10 June 2015.
Due to the resignation, Rahul Shah, Chief Financial Police of the Company has been appointed just like the Compliance Officer of the Company pursuant to Clause 47 of the Indexing Agreement till the new Company Assistant takes charge. Powered by Culminant Market - Live News
